FBI Ink Card (FD-258) – Fingerprinting- AVAILABLE 24/7

Most police departments no longer offer ink card services to the public. Valley Livescan provides ink fingerprinting services on your fingerprint cards prepared by technicians certified by the DOJ and FBI. An FBI ink card (FD-258) is typically provided by your requesting agency. However, if you need to be fingerprinted and do not have this card, we can provide FD-258's for $3 per card. We do not stock ATF cards or cards for other agencies/countries. We recommend submitting TWO completed cards with each application to reduce chances of rejection.

Can I get ink fingerprinting done with Valley Livescan on FBI FD-258 cards?

Yes! We now offer ink fingerprinting onto FBI FD-258 cards. We will fingerprint you onto your card(s) OR we have blank FD-258 cards available for purchase at $3 per card. It is recommended that you fingerprint at least two cards to account for any rejections/errors. Cards will need to completed in full prior to being fingerprinted. You must know the Originating Agency Identifier (ORI number) before submission if you are purchasing blank cards. We do not stock the FBI-258 ATF cads.

How much does it cost for ink fingerprinting?

We charge a $55 rolling fee to print up to 3 ink cards per person. Travel fee varies by location.

How long does it take for ink fingerprinting?

Normally, ink fingerprinting takes no more than 15 minutes to complete three cards.
